1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the x8bd platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino, promotional offers, and any related services — you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x8bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the x8bd Privacy Policy and the x8bd Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and x8bd.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use x8bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x8bd operates a strict 21+ policy and will request age verification documents from any account holder at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of x8bd or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from x8bd or had an account closed by x8bd for violations of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting solely for entertainment purposes and acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk.

x8bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your registration or subsequent use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

Minors who circumvent the age verification process by providing false information do so in direct breach of these Terms. x8bd will void any winnings generated by a minor and return the deposited funds to the payment source where technically possible. Any attempt by an adult to open an account on behalf of a minor is a serious breach and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on x8bd. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x8bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances derived from bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must notify x8bd promptly of any changes to your registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. x8bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact x8bd support immediately at [email protected].

x8bd implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification as an additional layer of account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. x8bd may require 2FA as a mandatory step before processing certain withdrawals or account changes.

x8bd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any existing account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

x8bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. There is no currency conversion applied to BDT accounts.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. x8bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. x8bd does not charge any platform-side fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which x8bd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your x8bd account, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals to a new or unverified payment destination will not be processed. x8bd aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; during peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. x8bd does not impose platform-side fees on standard withdrawals.

x8bd applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. x8bd reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into your account. Where AML checks cannot be satisfactorily completed, x8bd may freeze the account balance and withhold pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reviewed and may be escalated in accordance with applicable international AML frameworks.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance and used in wagering activity. Unclaimed bonus funds attached to a deposit may be removed if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

x8bd offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all x8bd promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is complete will be forfeited.
• x8bd reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• x8bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to reclaim any bonus funds where it determines that a promotion has been exploited or abused.

Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds (i.e., with no real-money wagering contribution) may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the relevant promotion terms. x8bd is not obligated to honour bonus requests made after a promotion has expired or where eligibility criteria have not been met.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on x8bd are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. x8bd will not reverse a correctly processed bet on the grounds of user error.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets on x8bd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available subject to event scheduling and market availability. Odds are subject to change up until the market is closed. x8bd reserves the right to suspend or void any market where the integrity of the underlying event is in question, where a result cannot be verified, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Voided bets have the stake returned to the account balance.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slots available on x8bd are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Habanero, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and independently audited. x8bd does not interfere with the RNG or RTP settings of any third-party game. x8bd accepts no liability for interruptions, malfunctions, or errors within third-party game software; in the event of a technical failure mid-game, the game provider's resolution protocol applies.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x8bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances where the conduct involved fraud), and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity or age information; exploiting platform errors or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic exploitation of wagering contribution loopholes; coordinated play across accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or card game environments to gain an unfair advantage; sharing hole-card information; chip dumping.
• Money laundering: Using x8bd as a mechanism to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. x8bd cooperates fully with AML investigations.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with games unless explicitly permitted by the game rules.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming services. Accounts involved in unwarranted chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Hacking or reverse engineering: Attempting to access restricted areas of the x8bd platform, interfere with its security systems, reverse-engineer any software, or introduce malicious code of any kind.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the x8bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces supplied by x8bd, and the x8bd brand name — is the intellectual property of x8bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x8bd platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the x8bd platform without the prior written consent of x8bd. 10 Limitation of Liability

x8bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x8bd account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x8bd does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. x8bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x8bd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x8bd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

x8bd collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the x8bd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

x8bd applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the x8bd servers. Account data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. x8bd does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. 13 Governing Law
